This page describes exactly what InsureRamp collects, where it goes, and how long we keep it. It is short because we collect very little.

The short version

In short

We set no cookies. We run no analytics. We load nothing from third-party servers. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the waitlist form, plus a short note of how you found us, and we never sell it, rent it, or hand it to carriers, IMOs, FMOs, or recruiters.

What we collect

One thing: the waitlist form. When you submit it, we receive

  • your email address,
  • the stage you selected, such as whether you are licensed yet,
  • your state, and
  • a short note of how you found us: the page you first arrived on, the website that sent you here if your browser reported one, and any campaign label in the link you followed, such as a tag on a link we posted on YouTube.

We use that note only to learn which of our pages and posts bring people to the waitlist. It is sent once, when you join, and stored with your waitlist entry and nowhere else. Nothing is stored in your browser to collect it. The labels travel in the web addresses of this site's own links, so if you arrive from one of our posts and click around, the label comes along until you join or leave. If you never join, nothing about your visit is recorded by us at all.

The form also contains a hidden field that real people never see. It exists to catch automated spam, and anything submitted through it is discarded rather than stored.

That is the complete list. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no payment information anywhere on this site.

What we deliberately do not do

  • No cookies. This site sets none, of any kind, including analytics and preference cookies.
  • No analytics or tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps.
  • No advertising networks and no data brokers.
  • No browser storage. We do not write to local storage, session storage, or any database in your browser.
  • No third-party assets. Fonts, styles, and scripts are all served from this domain. Loading a page here does not reveal your visit to Google, a CDN, or anyone else.

Why we ask for your state

Insurance licensing is regulated state by state, and we cannot build guides for all of them at once. Knowing where our waitlist lives is how we decide which states to write first. It is used for planning, not for targeting you.

Where the information goes

Waitlist submissions are written into a private spreadsheet in our own Google account and trigger a notification email to us. Google acts as a service provider in that arrangement and does not get rights to the data.

Our web host, Porkbun, keeps ordinary server logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses. That is standard for any website and we do not connect those logs to waitlist entries.

If we later add an email platform to send the launch announcement, this page will be updated to name it before anything is sent.

How long we keep it

If you join the waitlist and do not become a customer, we delete your entry 24 months after you submitted it. We will delete it sooner if you ask.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with insurance carriers, IMOs, FMOs, agencies, or recruiters. Carrier neutrality is the point of this project, and quietly monetizing a list of aspiring agents would end it.

The only exception is the narrow one every business has: if we are legally compelled by valid process, or if we ever sell the business, in which case the buyer inherits these same commitments.

Your choices

Email hello@insureramp.com and we will, within 30 days,

  • tell you exactly what we hold about you,
  • correct it, or
  • delete it entirely.

You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

Children

This site is intended for adults pursuing an insurance career and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle existing waitlist data will be announced by email to the people affected.

Contact

Questions about any of this go to hello@insureramp.com.

Important: supplemental education

InsureRamp is a supplemental education platform. It is not a state-approved insurance pre-licensing education provider, and it does not satisfy state-mandated pre-licensing coursework, continuing education, or annuity suitability training requirements. Completing any course here does not license you to sell insurance products. Licensing requirements are set by your state's department of insurance, and you are responsible for meeting them through an approved provider.

InsureRamp

Carrier-neutral insurance education. Not a state-approved licensing provider. No income promised, implied, or projected.
